• 3M Reflective

  3M scotchlite (a registered trademark of the 3M Company) reflective material enhances visibility during low light hours.

• Propulsion Plate

  The Propulsion Plate is a special innovation for the forefoot allowing efficient forward movement.

• DuraSponge

  DuraSponge is a blown AHAR compound for enhanced cushioning and durability in the forefoot. ASICS High Abrasion Resistance Rubber (AHAR) is a tough compound used at the heavy contact area of the outsole.

• Propulsion Trusstic

  Plastic bridge under the arch which mimics the connective tissue in the foot by creating tension as the foot moves through each step.

• Solyte

  Solyte is a proprietary cushioning material that provides an exceptionally lightweight midsole with excellent bounce-back and durability.

• AHAR

  ASICS High Abrasion Resistance Rubber (AHAR) is a tough compund used at the heavy contact area of the outsole, for example the heel. It helps to reduce excessive wear.

• Space Trusstic

  The Space Trusstic System is an advanced system that creates a pocket between the Trusstic System device and the midsole, allowing for greater midsole deformation and more efficient foot function.

• Guidance Line

  Guidance Line places a visible groove in the mid and outsole that follows the foot's center of pressure from heel to toe. The result is a more adaptive running platform, creating a smoother transition from heel strike to toe-off with each stride. Automatic Guidance Line thus helps runners to maintain a natural, efficient gait, especially over long distances.

• I.G.S.

  The Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.) is an ASICS design philosophy. It aims to make shoe components from rear to midfoot and forefoot to work together effectively to allow the body to perform in a natural manner. ASICS designers strive to compliment, not correct, how the legs and feet move.

• Personal Heel Fit

  Personal Heel Fit (PHF) is made of a high density foam which moulds perfectly around the shape of the heel and Achilles tendon, providing a customised fit and improved comfort.

• Heel Clutching System

  Heel Clutching System is an external Pebax mold that 'clutches' the entire rearfoot. Replacing the shoe's internal heel counter, it works like an exoskeleton, providing support while drastically reducing the potential for irritation. Besides making the shoe lighter, Heel Clutching System creates a more customised fit for different foot types.
